Summary: Many-to-many Matching with Cluster-Approximated Spatial Constraints

Is the Weighted Sum a Meritocratic Method?

A Mechanism Design Approach to Research Assistant Recruitment in Turkey

How do weighted scores and GPA normalization shape fairness and incentives in research-assistant recruitment?

Approach & contribution: Is the Weighted Sum a Meritocratic Method?
Approach
A mechanism-design framework for comparing score aggregation and GPA normalization rules in terms of fairness, robustness, and manipulability.
My contribution
Developing the framework and evaluating alternative recruitment mechanisms against normative criteria for fair and manipulation-resistant selection.

An Allocation of Pharmacy Shifts

A Mechanism Design Approach

How can pharmacy duty schedules satisfy hard feasibility requirements while accounting for fairness and spatial distribution?

Approach & contribution: An Allocation of Pharmacy Shifts
Approach
Matching theory and mechanism design, combining theoretical analysis of feasible assignments with simulations using real-world scheduling data.
My contribution
Contributing to the characterization of feasible assignments, the design of implementable mechanisms, and simulation analysis.
